Facilities Engineer 廠務工程師

Facilities Engineer responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive facility management programs, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in facility engineering or management
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin
