We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will have a direct impact on business growth, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to design competitive solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Prepare and manage complete quotes for low and medium complexity opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and define technical solutions using standard configurations.
- Coordinate with Internal Sales, Operations, and technical teams to ensure solid and timely proposals.
- Perform equipment sizing and product selection for standard applications.
- Assemble price structures aligned with factory policies and internal guidelines.
- Actively follow up on proposals and accompany the commercial team in the opportunity cycle.
- Maintain the CRM up-to-date, ensuring visibility and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in proposal preparation.
- Provide commercial support via phone and digital channels, focusing on the customer.
- Stay up-to-date on products, applications, and the market, participating in training.
- Act in accordance with the company's values, ethical standards, and policies.
