Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer sought to accompany the commercial team in designing and closing opportunities, acting as a link between customer needs and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Participate actively in meetings with clients with the commercial team to reveal, analyze, and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and aligned technical proposals.
• Design and propose solutions, validating their technical feasibility and estimated implementation effort.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with the commercial processes of customers, defining scope, assumptions, restrictions, and high-level timeline.
• Ensure consistency between commercial commitments and the technical delivery capacity of the teams.
• Participate in pre-sales, pilots, and concept testing processes to validate solutions with customers.
• Work in coordination with interdisciplinary teams (Product, Development, Operations, and Implementation) to track initiatives and define technical definitions.
• Document requirements, decisions, and technical definitions clearly, methodically, and in order.
• Keep the product presentation documentation and standardized proposal base up to date.
