Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process mastery, quality integration, production technical support, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization. Collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to develop automation and IIoT solutions. Supports production management and leads CI activities using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing engineering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrable experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
