Distribution associates are required to learn and perform multiple functions within the warehouse. These functions include but are not limited to: picking and packing finished goods, loading outbound trailers, and other duties assigned by the Leadership team.
Requirements
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and precision.
- Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment, including during high-demand periods, and communicate clearly with leaders and peers.
- Pack customer orders according to specific requirements, including special markings, pallet configurations, and product handling needs.
- Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to daily work schedules, which may include loading finished goods into outbound trailers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all housekeeping expectations daily.
- Safely operate equipment such as fork trucks, stock pickers, pallet jacks, turret trucks, and reach trucks after successful completion of required training.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support distribution center operations.
