Distribution associates are required to learn and perform multiple functions within the warehouse, including picking and packing finished goods, loading outbound trailers, and other duties assigned by the Leadership team.
Requirements
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment
- Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement
- Work cooperatively in a team environment, including during high-demand periods, and communicate clearly with leaders and peers
