The Senior Customer Service Support will provide services & support to customers, handling customer orders, product returns, quotations, outbound customer calls, and pre-sales and post-booking activities. This role requires a high level of accuracy and independence.
Requirements
- Handle/process customer orders, product returns, quotations, inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand and interact with NI departments, processes, and applications
- Support sales opportunity management cycle for customers
- Provide differentiated operational support through NI's business model (Tiering)
- Timely follow-up with customers on pending actions
- Create and handle customer data records
- Drive blocking issue and continuous improvement for Customer Operations organization
- Mentor other team members when needed
- Meet critical metrics to ensure consistent customer experience
- Partner with various teams and functions to deliver a customer-effortless experience
