Senior Desktop Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Desktop Administrator to provide front line PC support for manufacturing operations in Chanhassen, MN and Eden Prairie, MN. As a member of our Manufacturing Software and Data Support team, you will also have opportunities to grow into various technologies that span both software and hardware! The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in various settings, action new challenges, and build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Responding to software, PC, or peripheral device issues in our manufacturing lines
• Troubleshooting and fixing or escalating issues as appropriate
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with production, technician, and engineering staff
• Communicating and coordinating with our team in Beijing, China
• Documenting production support issues and procedures
• Interfacing with local and corporate IT teams to resolve and escalate issues
• Helping identify innovations that reduce the time or work associated with support tasks
• Helping implement large scale infrastructure projects
• Providing off-hours support as needed
