Senior Executive - Customer Support

This role involves maintaining 100% accuracy in order processing, ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, managing all documentation, and providing billing support. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and SFDC, and a strong understanding of order management and international trade compliance. They also need to actively identify risks and opportunities and keep the ERP updated.

Requirements

• Maintaining 100% accuracy in order processing
• Compliance for all orders processed in Screening tool
• Maintaining compliance documents (Special Price Approval, Legal Clearance, etc.)
• Updating and maintaining all relevant compliance documents
• Working knowledge in Order Management systems in various ERPs
• Proficiency in SAP modules
• Proficiency in Sales Force Tool.Com (SFDC)
• Good knowledge on screening tools & International Trade Compliance
• Proficiency in various Microsoft tools
• Good interpersonal skills
