Shipping Clerk

To maintain superior customer focus, we are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for the shipping of our GO Switch and Switchbox products as specified to meet order requirements and on-time delivery of those products.

Requirements

• Verifies the accuracy of outgoing shipments and orders
• Computes duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of product that is exported to foreign counties
• Processes US and International paperwork for transaction completeness and accuracy
• Ensures that safety techniques are used in all aspects of daily work responsibilities
• Receives and reads customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled
• Fills customers' orders in accordance with specifications on order form
• Packages orders using appropriate shipping containers and packaging
• Operates standard or automatic machines, such as electronic scales and tapes machines
• Is able to work split shifts, when required
• Accurately prepares orders for shipment to include secure packaging and wrapping
• Responsible for accurate shipments (product and documentation)
• Responsible accurate reporting and on-time shipments of customer product as required
• Completes other assignments as assigned by management or designate
