As a Specialist I Customer Support, you will provide excellent support to Fluid and Motion Control US trade operations regarding customer support, analyzing, qualifying, and completing change order requests, and escalating expedite orders and quote requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- 6 months of relevant experience in customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and typing skills
