Requirements
- Handle post-order customer requests via call and email.
- Perform commercial screening of orders.
- Manage customer order records.
- Assist in workload management and help optimize work processes.
- Participate in initiatives within the functional unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in an order management-related customer service role and/or data administration support or functions.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in turning disgruntled customers into satisfied customers.
- Proven record of displaying excellent customer service.
