As a Specialist I Order Entry, you will provide excellent support for Fluid and Motion Control trade operations regarding order entry and processing. You will act as an interface between sales offices and representatives to manage sales orders efficiently.
Requirements
- Check the order documents for completeness.
- Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers.
- Coordinate with support groups and/or regional offices to complete customers’ requests.
- Identify issues that need customer concern.
- Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
- Log individual productivity daily.
