Staff Product Engineer

In this role, you will sustain and continuously improve product yield, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment. You will drive product lifecycle activities, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and apply analytical and problem-solving methods to investigate data and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in product engineering with a solid understanding of manufacturing systems.
• Experience in product sustaining and managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the use of structured analysis tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical circuits and schematics.
• Clear and effective communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Relevant professional experience (typically 2–4 years) in a product, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
