Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Staff Product Engineer who will serve as the technical expert driving Final Test yield performance, lotāonāhold elimination strategy and quality excellence across multiple OSAT sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master in Electronics & Electrical or Mechanical or others.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product or Test or Yield Engineering.
- Familiar with ATE (TMT or ETS or Teradyne).
- Advanced analytics skills (JMP or Minitab).
- Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fish bone, test platform conversion and correlation.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site problem solving and executing structural improvements.
- Familiar with automotive quality requirements or power SiC or GaN.
