Civil Operator

Requirements

• Experience operating excavator, loader, dozer, skid steer, backhoe
• Civil Construction mainline experience, excavating around utilities
• Cut and finish grades for ditches, berms, and slopes to design elevations and tolerances
• Perform excavation and grading safely around multiple existing utilities
• Communicate updates and issues to the Field Supervisor/Superintendent
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proven ability to work effectively and safely in a team environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean abstract required
