Superintendent

We're seeking a motivated civil Superintendent with a background in civil construction and/or engineering who is ready to take the lead on-site and make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing civil infrastructure projects, leading crews, and upholding safety, quality, and project specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in a heavy civil construction role
• 3+ years of experience working in a unionized environment
• Expert level knowledge of excavation, shoring practices, underground utilities, and road construction
• Strong ability to interpret construction and engineering documents, drawings, and specifications
• Well versed communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with clients and management
