The Talent Management Manager plays a critical role in shaping the workforce and enhancing the talent pipeline within the Emirates Investment Authority.

Requirements

• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with a focus on UAE Nationals development
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, tools, and methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proven analytical skills to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
