Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with a focus on UAE Nationals development
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Proven analytical skills to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
