Emma, The Sleep Company is looking for a People Business Partner to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry. The role involves strategic business partnership, people advisory, employee lifecycle ownership, performance & talent development, leadership coaching, P&O projects & process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner, People Business Partner, or similar role
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into clear people actions
- Strong knowledge of core HR topics, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, retention, and organizational development
- Proven track record of driving people development initiatives and improving HR processes in a structured, hands-on way
- Comfortable handling complex or sensitive people topics with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Other European languages are a strong plus
