Requirements
- Experience consulting leaders and driving business results as a People Business Partner
- Broad HR knowledge across topics including talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, and HR policy
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter approach; proficiency with G-Suite
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality
- Strong EQ and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way
- Experience acting as a consultative partner to managers and leaders, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; adaptable and resilient in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
