People Partner

We are looking for a People Partner to join our team in London. As a strategic business partner, you will play a vital role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organisation. You will provide guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including organisational design and talent management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Resilience and experience managing change in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as a strategic People Partner / HR Business Partner
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and align HR strategies with organisational goals
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
