Job Description
Emma - The Sleep Company is looking for a Team Lead IT Ops to guide their IT Operations team. The role involves leading a team of IT professionals, overseeing the Office 365 and Azure environment, and driving the IT Operations roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or people management role within IT Operations
- Strong hands-on background in Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Intune
- Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy
