Job Description
Emovis is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide effective and efficient service to customers and prospects on all services, interacting with customers to provide primary or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Computer proficiency is critical, must be able to multi-task between system applications in a high-volume, inbound call center environment.
- Provides exceptional customer service, including verbal, nonverbal, and written communication, as outlined within the agreed quality standards.
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- Prefer Call Center Experience or 2+ years in any customer service roll.
- Must pass basic computer skills assessment.
