Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial cleaning, ability to lift and transport supplies, and comply with ESRT quality assurance expectations

2-5 years of experience in IT/AV support, experience with exhibit support for museums or theme parks is highly preferred
Investment Analyst
Bachelor's degree in a related field & strong interest in real estate investment. Detail orientation, organizational skills, and team collaboration are essential. NY experience is a plus
