Network & Infrastructure Intern

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) is a NYC-focused REIT that owns and operates a portfolio of well-leased office, retail, and multifamily assets. The company is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Intern to support the Network and Infrastructure team in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the organization's network and systems environment.

Requirements

• Work with our Network Team to understand network design and layout
• Explore new technology solutions to address a specific real-world technology challenge
• Leverage AI to automate processes or data review and analysis
• Develop Project Management knowledge and best practices using Monday.com
• Collaborate with senior network engineers to ensure all relevant equipment data is collected
• Document network diagrams, system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Provide weekly status reports to senior IT Management
