Maintenance Supervisor I Empiria Group

The Maintenance Supervisor I is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building facilities, technical equipment, and infrastructure at Empiria Group's luxury hotels. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position and a degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.

Requirements

• Conduct daily inspections of the building, technical installations, and facilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fire safety standards and procedures
• Oversee daily pool maintenance
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date breakdown log
• Organize and monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and spare parts
• Ensure preventive maintenance routines are properly implemented
