Job Description
Empiria Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor I to ensure safe and efficient operation of building facilities, technical equipment, and infrastructure in their luxury hotels and villas in Greece.
Requirements
- Conduct daily inspections of building facilities and technical installations
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and procedures
- Oversee daily pool maintenance
- Monitor and prioritize pending maintenance tasks and technical breakdowns
- Maintain accurate breakdown log
- Organize and monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and spare parts
- Ensure preventive maintenance routines are properly implemented
- Liaise with all departments to resolve technical issues
- Supervise external technicians and contractors
