Job Description
Drive new business development through in-field prospecting and account management for manufacturing clients. Build strategic partnerships to connect skilled talent with manufacturers. Leverage labor market intel to identify customer pain points and provide consultative account management. Generate net new logos and grow territory in the manufacturing sector.
Requirements
- Energetic and competitive mindset with a passion for the manufacturing sector
- Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand production workflows and workforce demand
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driverâs license
- Experience in outside sales
