Job Description
The Staff Performance Manager is responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer goods and service, and managing employee relations at the site. This role involves developing relationships with supervisors and associates, anticipating staffing requirements, and developing value-added services to support changing client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or 6 months related experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication
- HR and data management experience
- Demonstrable success managing a team or process
