Lantern is seeking a SMS Care Advocate to provide a personalized, empathetic consumer experience to customers navigating the complexity of the healthcare system. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, empathetic individual with a passion for providing top-tier customer service and making a difference in the healthcare space.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in a customer service/service center and/or sales enablement role
• Knowledge of care coordination and case management concepts is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
