VP, Network Development

Lantern is a specialty care platform connecting people with top specialists for surgery, cancer care, infusions, and more. As VP of Network Development, you'll drive growth and expansion of the provider network, building relationships with surgeons, facilities, and ancillary healthcare providers. You'll lead the implementation of the go-to-market strategy to acquire high-value provider partners and secure competitive pricing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in provider network development
• Proven experience in provider rate negotiation
• Strong background in the sales cycle, from lead sourcing to relationship-building and securing buy-in
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
