The Provider Network Development Specialist is responsible for recruiting, contracting, and onboarding qualified medical providers and clinics to support REE Medical's mission of delivering accurate, compliant Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) for Veterans. This role manages the full provider onboarding lifecycle, including outreach, contracting, credential and licensure collection, onboarding, training coordination, and internal handoff.
Requirements
- Prior experience in provider recruiting, contracting, credentialing, or onboarding within a healthcare, medical services, or related environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with medical providers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems or workflow management tools to track recruiting, contracts, and onboarding activity
- Sound professional judgment and a compliance-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team
