Job Description
EmployU is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to help individuals in the disability community find sustainable employment. This role involves creating and implementing plans for placement, including assisting job coaches with job activities, and connecting clients to OJT opportunities. The position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Organizes area Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) campaigns
- Supervises Job Coaches and monitors work hours
- Conducts research on job opportunities
- Contacts with Hiring Managers and Human Resources
- Documents customer information in a database program
- Communicates regularly with Customers
