Vocational Evaluator (Paying up to 50% of Revenue)

employU is seeking a Vocational Evaluator to assess clients through interviews, formal assessments, and work observation to identify strengths and needs. This role focuses on holistically assessing abilities, interests, and aptitudes, and recommends appropriate vocational and educational options. This position contributes to a mission of creating inclusive workforces for underserved populations.

Requirements

• Conducts a wide variety of assessments including interest inventories, academic achievement and IQ assessments
• Coordinates and performs work site evaluations
• Prepares reports detailing assessment methods, observations and recommendations
• Proficient with Microsoft Word
• Proficient with paper based and computer based assessment administration
• Reliable transportation required including a valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance.
