
Job description
The Client Service Manager serves as the primary operational contact for a specified block of 401(k) retirement plans, managing daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain and develop strong client relationships.
Proactively follow up on outstanding issues, address and communicate essential recordkeeping information, ensure issues are resolved, and coordinate production and rollout of custom reporting for clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
