
Job description
Serves as the operational contact, representing Empower, providing support to plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third-party administrators. Manages daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain strong client relationships.
Handles issues related to contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment, payroll support, compliance, audit, reporting, and general inquiries. Ensures issues are resolved and clients are kept apprised of progress.
Requires high school diploma, 0-1 year experience in financial services industry, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
