
Job description
The Lead Spec Client Service is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the Client Services teams, including interacting with management and teammates to set priorities, conduct error review, and support training and process improvement initiatives within the team.
Provides guidance, coaching, and training to the associates on day-to-day processes and escalated items related to Client Services. Operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision making.
Demonstrated leadership abilities such as coaching peers and less senior employees, creating process improvements, and handling of escalated matters. Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and teammates to accomplish daily deliverables.
