
Job description
The Associate Support Specialist manages the delivery of services to global clients to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. This role provides day-to-day client advice and support for Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) needs, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Provide day-to-day client support and guidance, respond to client inquiries, manage and prioritize multiple client requests, assist in resolving basic production or client support issues, and communicate client requirements clearly to operational and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking and time-management skills, clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, and a customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
