Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager is accountable for client satisfaction, relationship, and resources. They manage client alignment, benefits administration, and financial success, while directly managing Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Build and manage trusted client partnership
• Create and manage client Open Items List, Project Plan, Open Enrollment, and other one-time projects
• Ensure quality delivery of all services as per the client's Statement of Work
• Manage and be accountable for client Profit & Loss results
• Directly manage aligned Business Analysts and be accountable for their performance, growth, and engagement
• Build and manage trusted client partnership; manage client satisfaction in conjunction with the implementation manager
• Create and maintain client Project Plans, Open Items List, Status Calls and Correspondence for each implementation
• Manage and coordinate the Client Team Business Analyst resources aligned to an implementation project
• Participate in Business Development Activities, including client demos, site visits, and RFP information collection
• Participate in prospective employee interviews and work closely with HR on recruiting efforts
