Conseiller.ère aux opérations / Operations Advisor

The Operations Advisor role will support the Operations Supervisor by guiding field operations teams in carrying out their work while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include working with field staff, coordinating resources, collaborating with work management and construction project management teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (speaking, reading, writing)
• Good knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Related university degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical operations, construction, or another related field
• Good driving record and a valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to coach and act as a mentor
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mechanical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of Enbridge policies, standards, procedures, and practices
• Certificate of "Vérification de Système de Distribution" (Gas Pipeline Inspector Licence)
• Knowledge of CSA standards Z662 and B149.1
