Director of Business Development Home Health

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead business development within the assigned division. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and demonstrated related field experience, as well as experience with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management is preferred, along with management experience and previous experience working with beneficiary qualifications and Medicare home health or hospice.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have demonstrated related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
