Event Operations Supervisor- Audio Visual- JW Marriott Marco Island Resort

The Operations Supervisor leads floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role may also participate in location administrative duties in support of onsite operations and for career development.

Requirements

• Organize daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment
• Direct the workflow of technicians and assist management with suggestions for operational efficiencies
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and properly completed
• Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
• Assist in training technicians on all floor activities and venue operational standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise
