We are seeking an Associate General Manager to assist the store manager in organizing and running the store, filling in for the Store Manager when needed. The role involves assisting with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing the staff, and providing consistent and stable leadership in line with END. values.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out tasks and activities across the team
- Accountable for delivering assigned tasks within departmental projects to continuously improve
- Management responsibility for ensuring team members are motivated and capable of delivering a high-quality service and performance
- Sound communication and diplomacy skills to enable the exchange of complex information
