Assistant Professor, Physician Assistant (PA) Program

The Assistant Professor, Physician Assistant (PA) Program is responsible for providing high-quality didactic instruction to students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program. The faculty member will also advise students, participate in accreditation processes, engage in professional scholarship, and participate in program, school, and college-wide service.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Minimum of three years of clinical practice experience as a Physician Assistant
• Teaching experience in a higher education setting, preferably in a Physician Assistant program, is preferred
• Strong knowledge of didactic teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in utilizing instructional technologies and learning management systems
