The Head Women’s Golf Coach is responsible for the development, organization, and leadership of a newly established NCAA Division III women’s golf program at Endicott College.
Requirements
- Launch and build the Women’s Golf program from inception, including strategic planning and goal setting.
- Establish a strong team culture grounded in NCAA Division III philosophy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that promotes skill development, competitive excellence, and player growth.
- Identify, recruit, and retain qualified student-athletes who align with the academic and cultural mission of a liberal arts institution.
- Plan and conduct practices, training sessions, and competitive preparation.
- Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III rules and conference policies.
- Manage program budget responsibly.
- Promote the Women’s Golf program on campus and within the broader community.
- Support fundraising and alumni engagement efforts.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the college and athletics department.
