Job Description
The Manager – Culture of Excellence Champion role has a dual role of Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving, encompassing coaching and results delivery focused on Continuous Improvement and Scientific Problem Solving methodologies.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Change Management
- Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies (e.g. DMAIC, Kata, Kaizen, 4C / 8D problem solving)
- Statistical/data analytics support during product development/Tech Transfer/ Commercial products
- Education: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B. E- Engineering, Science
- Green Belt Qualified from Certified Body
