Senior Manager, Manufacturing

Senior Manager, Manufacturing is responsible for compliance, production planning, resource utilization, and team management. They must ensure 100% safe operation in production area, 100% cGMP compliance, and adherence to SOP/Batch instructions. They also handle head count and manpower, facility/Area management, teamwork and coaching, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
