Senior Manager, Manufacturing

The Senior Manager, Manufacturing will oversee daily operations of the factory production and manufacturing processes, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing operations to exceed customer expectations, increasing production and minimizing costs, and promoting factory safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager
• Proven managerial experience, preferably in automotive industry
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, planning & scheduling, inventory and control of processes
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
