Document Control Administrator

The Document Control Administrator will be responsible for guaranteeing documentation is methodically organized and aligned with Enerflex document management procedure and process.

Requirements

• Maintain control of documentation related to engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Generate Bill of Material (BOM)
• Pull vendor documents from the BOM
• Build Electronic Data books for ECC projects as assigned
• Print, assemble and ship IOM and QC manuals
• Manage the Document Control mailbox and file incoming documents to project folder
• Process incoming and outgoing documentation
• Build relationships with Internal Stakeholders
• Provide project support to PDC's as needed
• Prepare and manage documentation for off-site storage
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Attend weekly project meetings
• Track and expedite project deliverables
• Maintain project MDR
• Train new hires as needed
• Model and champion Enerflex core values
• Adhere to and promote Enerflex’s HSE policy
