Manufacturing Assembly Lead

The Assembly Team Lead coordinates the daily activities for all trades within a team to construct each assigned project, ensuring accurate and timely completion within budget and to a high-quality standard.

Requirements

• Direct the assembly team to efficiently construct the project per drawings and engineering input
• Identify and inform the supervisor of any headcount adjustments based upon workload
• Monitor team technical expertise levels to provide feedback and coordinate with the Assembly Supervisor and the Manufacturing Engineering team
